We are currently seeking qualified mid-level project designers and architects with residential design and detailing experience for a full-time position located in the DC Metro Area.  

Qualifications: 

• Self-starter with strong conceptual design and detailing skills.  

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as an Architect Level 2 or equivalent (license not required). 

• Demonstrates knowledge of building codes, construction budgets, project budgets and other professional practice issues. 

• Experience and advanced knowledge in project management, design, planning, programming, construction documentation and project detailing and materials. Fully competent in all conventional aspects of architectural practice. Experience with small commercial projects is a plus.l 

• Acts independently and decisively from a sound background in architectural principles. 

• Required program experience: Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch-up, and Photoshop. 

• Competitive salary, commensurate with experience. 

We recently reopened our studio and will continue with a hybrid work environment. If visiting project sites we will be in compliance with CDC guidelines to keep our staff and clients safe.
